Runner's high

Had a great runner's high after tonight's run. Most likely it happened because it was cool enough to run outside for the first time in weeks. I did a little more than five miles. Loved it!! W's at work so I've got the house to myself. Yummy stuff in store: trashy magazines, reading, Big Brother After Dark and a hot soak!
